Swimsuit Season…It is almost here!
Don’t throw tomatoes at your screen. You’re only hurting yourself. Besides, I come to you with good news of great joy. I have found a GREAT swimsuit. For me anyway, I’m guessing a few of you might also like it.
Let me start by telling you my body type. All my weight is carried from the waist down. Also known as pear shaped. And even though I plan on losing weight and fat mass before summer officially gets here, I am at the age when the skin starts to um, not be as elastic as it used to be. You know, saggy. Therefore, even skinny thighs look not as attractive. Also, I’ve always had vericose veins. There, I said it. I have vein-y, saggy, pleasantly plump thighs. I can only do something about one of those at no cost to me/visit to the plastic surgeon.
I really like shorts. Long-ish shorts. So when I saw these board shorts and the matching top today in the Title 9 catalog I knew I had a winner! I think I am going to order the 6″ inseam and 7 1/2″ inseam and see which one fits best, then return the other. I’ll let you know.

Good call. I bought a swimsuit last year that has a tankini top and shorts. It worked for me.
First - thanks for coming by and commenting! Second, I LOVE the new blog! I went to the old one first and thought that I loved that look, “how could she do better?” BUT, ohhhh, I love the warm colors and simple header.
I hate swimsuit season, but I will say that I adore my miracle suits! They truly are miracles for me
I Love it! That will be a really cute swimsuit for you! The colors are fabulous! It will look great with your red hair and blue eyes. Yeah! Hopefully I will shrink enough to justify buying a swimsuit this year. Ugh! Regardless, I will be buying one. You can’t live in Texas without a swimsuit. And you can’t play in Texas if ain’t gotta fiddle in the band!
